INTEGRA Rent A Car Cluj vehicle rental conditions

The car fleet is composed of all the cars presented on the company's website, with the mention that some may already be reserved or rented when you view them on the website. For this reason, these cars may not be available to you. The availability of the car will be confirmed by phone by the representative of our rent a car company.

Observations on the condition of the car will be announced by the renter when he collects the car from our rent a car agency. During the trip, if he notices problems in the operation of the car that could endanger the condition of the rented car, the renter undertakes to end the trip and contact the representative of the car rental company Integra rent a car Cluj-Napoca.

 

1. Our prices include:

• A limit of 200 km per day
• Local taxes: Rovinia
• RCA insurance
• Airport parking fees
• The option to pay cash or by card upon delivery.
• 24/7 contact service.

 

2. Our prices do not include:

• Combustible
• Additional SCDW insurance (you can opt for this option for a fee)
• Optionals.

 

3. Mandatory RCA insurance

Our cars have mandatory RCA insurance. If you do not opt for the option to rent with FULL CASCO insurance, in the event of an accident (regardless of who is at fault) or damage to the car, the warranty charged will remain with us. The same applies if the car was stolen during the rental period.
The guarantees are between 300 euros and 800 euros depending on the model of the car.
 

4. Additional insurance SCDW

The additional SCDW insurance is for protection against possible damage to the car caused by the renter or a third party. This insurance relieves the customer of financial responsibility in case the car suffers damage. SCDW insurance partially covers the total loss situation. The customer is obliged to pay between 500 and 1800 euros depending on the model of the rented car.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, the customer is obliged to notify the INTEGRA car rental company about the accident or any other event in which the car was involved within 24 hours. He is obliged to submit a detailed report on the event.
The additional SCDW insurance is not valid when leaving the country with a car rented from INTEGRA rent a car. The customer is obliged to notify the car rental company in order to be offered another type of insurance to leave the country, valid in the EU states.

Smoking is prohibited in cars!
 

5. Not covered by any insurance:

• Loss of child seats
• Loss/destruction/theft of car accessories
• Damage to the tires or lower parts of the car (gearbox, chassis, block, engine, oil pan) due to careless driving
• Theft of the car with the keys inside the car
• Fines taken during the rental period
• Feeding with the wrong fuel. In this case, a fee of 150 euros will be charged.

The SCDW insurance and the rental guarantee only cover people who have been entered into the contract with the right to drive the rental car.
 

6. Rental conditions:

• Rental rates are set in euros. Payment when picking up the car can be made in one of the following currencies: RON, Euro or USD. Cash payments in foreign currency are calculated at the B.N.R. rate. from the day of payment.
• The rental dates are calculated for a period of 24 hours and are calculated starting with the time at which the car was picked up by the customer.
• Cancellation of reservation
• If it is intended to leave the country with the rented car, the client is obliged to notify us in order to give him authorization to drive the car. For each exit, a fee of 150 euros will be charged per exit in order to be able to extend the insurance outside of Romania.
• The rented car will be returned on the date stipulated in the contract. If an extension of the contract is desired, it will be announced in advance and the rental price will be in accordance with the prices on the day of the extension. If our rental company no longer has any car available to extend the rental period, then the customer is obliged to return according to the data in the contract, otherwise he will have to pay penalties.
• If the flight is delayed, the customer is obliged to announce this. It is also mandatory to be informed of the correct flight number, otherwise we do not guarantee that we will be waiting for you at the airport at the correct time.
• The fee for an additional driver is 55 euros per rental.
• If the fuel will be returned with a smaller amount compared to the tank when it was picked up, it will be charged with 2 euros/liter.
• All drivers must have a driver's license valid in the EU for at least 2 years. The minimum age is 21 years.
• The limit of kilometers covered must be 200 km/day. If you do additional kilometers, then they are charged with 1 ron/km, respectively 0.2 euro/km for economy and business class. For cars from the Premium range, additional kilometers are charged with 1.5 ron/km, respectively 0.3 euro/km.
• If the car is returned to a different location than Cluj Napoca Airport, the following additional fees will be charged depending on the location
  • Sibiu: 100 euro;
  • Targu-Mures: 80 euro;
  • Timisoara: 220 euro;
  • Oradea:120 euro;
  • Bistrita: 80 euro;
  • Baia-Mare: 120 euro;
  • Bucuresti: 230 euro.
• At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid passport or identity card and driver's license.
• During peak periods (during summer and legal holidays) we reserve the right to charge an advance of 10% of the rental value. In case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show to pick up the car, the advance is lost.
• The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In busy periods, the minimum rental period is 7 days. Our cars are not rented for periods longer than 45 days.

 

Customer obligations

• To respect the traffic rules on the Romanian territory or on the territory of the countries that he will cross with the rented car.
• Not to use the car to transport passengers or goods, to tow other cars, to participate in races or rallies or to sublease it. The transport of pets or the use of the vehicle for commercial purposes is prohibited
• Not to drive the car under the influence of alcoholic beverages, substances that may reduce the ability to drive or under the influence of drugs.
• Do not smoke in the car. If the smell of cigarette smoke is detected upon collection, an additional fee of between 50 and 150 euros will be charged, depending on the value of the rented car.
• Respect the maximum number of passengers listed on the car's documents.
• Notify the car rental company representative if the car has technical problems.
• Do not leave the car with the keys in the ignition, unattended or with the windows and doors open, unless they are in its vicinity.
• The rented car can be driven exclusively by the persons registered in the contract.
• Accident/theft
• If the car is involved in an accident or is stolen, the renter undertakes to:
• inform the car rental company as soon as possible
• not to leave the scene of the accident
• to present to the car rental company the amicable finding or the statement made by the Traffic or Local Police regarding the conditions of the accident and the parties involved. If he does not comply with this provision, he will be required to pay a fee between 200 and 500 euros, depending on the severity of the damage to the car and the value of the car.
